Sat= done and this was so much fun
3. Exercise at least 10 minutes, 4 times during this challenge.
Sun= off day for me
Mon= 42 minutes of chair exercise
Tues= yes, done chair exercise and walking with walker
Wed= 5 minutes of gazelle 4 times and chair dance for 15 min. total ( made myself do it )
Thurs= 52 minutes total walking and chair exercise
Fri= walking some and on my gazelle for 2o minutes resting every 5 min.
Sat= 42 minutes of chair exercise
4. Eat/Drink at least 3 CALCIUM rich foods DAILY (milk, cheese, spinach, sardines, egg yolk, Yogurt, other foods fortified with Calcium). Try to eat 3 servings every day.
Sun= milk, hard boiled eggs, cheese, and more milk
Mon= milk, cheese, milk
Tues= milk, 2 eggs, cheese, and milk and spinach
Wed= milk, egg, cheese, and milk
Thurs= milk, milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs, and spinach
Fri= milk, hard boiled egg and cheese, milk
Sat= 2 milk, cottage cheese, yogurt
