The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !
I like this challenge. There are so many things that would be better in my body if I consistently got my 8 glasses of water every day...my nails, my hair, my eyes, my nose, my skin, shall I go on? You'd think I'd have learned by now. This challenge will help - at least for this week.
