There are actually 2 different sites - 1 - the Yooutube Chair Exercise site with videos of exercises for mobility limited people. I have just loaded a Chair Marching Video into the Playlists under Chair Marching - which is suitable as a starting video for very overweight or mobility limited members or anyone who hassled a sedentary life for along time and is trying to find a way to start exercise. You get to the YouTube exercise videos by clicking on the main team logo on the main team page (Beth's before/after picture)
