Of course its great!! I did it!! LOL!! Seriously - the web site is there for the use of anyone who wants - and if you "play" with the buttons and links you will find heaps of information on all things to do with Chair Exercise and Weight Loss Also keep watching - more will be added regularly!!
I just checked out the chair exercise videos today for the first time. They are amazing!! I'm so glad I clicked on this thread today.

We have heaps of ideas for non-impact exercise resources - for people who are mobility handicapped in any way - or need to remove stress from the leg, hip or ankle area - or just want an alternative form of exercise!! We even have our own YouTube Channel!!
Of course there is such a team - the friendliest, most supportive team in Sparkdom (even though I say so myself!!)!!! - there are a huge number of mobility limited people in the world and that number is increasing all the time - and there are a large number who do not wish to, or are unable to, run or walk for some reason - so we offer a viable, effective for of exercise!!
I HAD TO JOIN THAT TEAM. IT JUST FASCINATED ME. TO THINK THERE IS ACTUALLY A TEAM FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME. OUTSTANDING!
