Looks like we've found each other in another forum. Wanna be accountable to each other for some short term goals? Mine right now is eating two servings of vegetables a day. I'll tell you each day what I ate if you want to do this.

Those are absolutely wonderful goals!
I can really relate to them.
I like the the "avoid the all or nothing mentality" and, "when I stumble, get back up again and put one foot in front of the other" parts especially! Those are areas where I have alot of difficulty myself.

My long term goals are:

Lose weight slowly
Exercise 3 times per week
Eat healthy choices
Avoid the all or nothing mentality
When I stumble, get back up again and put one foot in front of the other


You have to take care of yourself in order to be able to take care of others

Be kind to all because everyone you meet is fighting some sort of battle.
