Am not MIA but I have decided to weigh in on 9 september. the weekly weigh in is stressing me out. So no idea what my weight is, I think higher because I have had a few bad days but who hasn't one or two of those.
I DON'T WEIGH IN UNTIL THE 1ST OF SEPT....... SO I'M REALLY HOPING I LOST SOMETHING........ I FEEL LIKE SOME OF MY CLOTHES ARE BIGGER ON ME...... AND SOME OF MY PANTS ARE JUST HANGING ON ME........... I GUESS WE WILL SEE......... RIGHT NOW I'M AT 191 LBS..

I finally got a 9v battery to put in my new talking scale so i will get a morning weight in the morning as this evenings weight will include my swollen fingers from the heat and all the fluids i have been drinking this afternoon. I last weighed myself way back in in March so my ticker is what I weighed back then and I am sure i am very close still to that weight but i will know for sure in the morning.

My weight as of Friday, July 29, (weigh in day) was 300.

With the holiday season and its inevitable temptation coming up fast – I thought we could have a 2 month or 8 ½ wk challenge to try to get some weight off before all the celebrations and look our best!! During this time the Challenges will also focus on basic Healthy Habits to help you!! Please register your starting weight at the start of the challenge, then you can either register progressive weights by updating your message, or just register the final weight – before 30th Sept. I will give a Spark goodie to anyone who loses more than 6lb in the 2 months!! Lets go!!
