Freedom Friday--I am grateful my son did well in surgery today and now I can relax. Moms don't stop worrying about their kids even when they are 32 years old :-)

It's Freedom Friday! Woohoo! Time to relax and appreciate everything good in your life. What a great start to the weekend. What do you appreciate today?

Today so far I have appreciated my friend Kellie who is going to work out with me, you all who have motivated me to work out in the first place, my home.... Wow I have a lot to be thankful for.

I definitely did the relaxing part! LOL Probably too much of that.

I plan to appreciate and enjoy a smoothie later (counted into my plan) and some Olive Garden (also accounted for)

Check out my blog for pictures of the Royal Wedding Tea. I ate healthy all day and got my exercise in and then enjoyed every bite of the evening. Today I am back at it. We really had a wonderful evening! Everyone needs to have a night out with the girls and just have some fun! I was happy that I lost a few pounds since I first wore that dress. The only problem was that it was a little longer on me and I had to be sure to avoid tripping on it.

For me now - its
Work Out Wednesday= Workout for however long you can at whatever you can - so I an doing a Chair Yoga DVD (35min) than a Zumba DVD - 20min express - that will give me 55min total fitness - and because I still get tired easily and can irritate my knees - I will do the Zumba first thing and Chair Yoga later this afternoon.
BTW - doing some exercise morning and some layer in the day helps to keep your metabolism going all day = more calories burned.

So its 5.00am here on Wednesday now - Zumba time!!
