Sorry I only did one day. We did Christmas with my in-laws and I received Biggest Loser Challenge workout. I have been alternating it with my Just Dance 2 & 3 workouts. My arms are really sore!
12/4: Gold's Gym Cardio and Gold's Gym Dance: Both can be a good workout, but with everything else I do, they are often forgotten. I find that the GG Cardio is more fun than GG Dance, however if you skip the tutorial in GG Dance, the game is fun. I danced all of the beginner set today. Today I did 13 minutes GG Cardio and GG Dance about 16 minutes.
Weekly Total: 29 minutes.
