Walking is one of the best exercises for a person. Swing your arms while walking to burn more calories. The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. That is about 4 miles for most folk. The average walk takes about 20 minutes per mile. That is 80 minutes of excercise thats good for the heart and the body and the mind. Try it!
