This is a WEEKDAY challenge from MONDAY-FRIDAY, April 9-13.
The challenge is to increase your exercise (strength OR cardio OR whatever) for 10 minutes each day. JUST 10 MINUTES MORE THAN YOU ARE DOING NOW…….
BUT WHAT IF YOU CANNOT DO 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE AT A TIME??? THEN WE ESPECIALLY WANT YOU TO JOIN THIS CHALLENGE! Has anyone read how Beth Donovan (~INDYGIRL) started exercising when she was 460 pounds and bedridden? Her challenge was get out of bed and STAND UP FOR ONE FULL MINUTE each day. That was her starting point. Now she has lost over 200 pounds and can get around in spite of some severe health issues.
SO JOIN THIS CHALLENGE NO MATTER WHAT YOUR STATE OF FITNESS AND NO MATTER IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO AN ENTIRE 10 MINUTES AT A TIME. This is spring, a time of new beginnings. We are here to celebrate every step forward with you ! ! !
If you don’t want to just add 10 minutes to the activity you are ALREADY DOING, use this golden opportunity to branch out and TRY SOMETHING NEW…..
