I COMMITTED TO Walk at least 30 minutes 5 days a Week and do CALLANETICS ~ Strength Training or work out on my Bow-Flex 2 to 3 days a Week, this year. I will build on that.

This is what I have done this month. As you can see I don't always get it all done.

Mon. 3/4 Walk 1.5 mi.
Thur. 3/7 Walk 4.5 mi.

Wed. 3/13 Walk 1.18 mi.
Thur. 3/14 Callanetics 1 Hr.
Fri. 3/15 Walk 2.05 mi.

1. Pay off 1 credit card
2. Lose 4lbs
3. Buy new workout dvd
4. Get 45mins of cardio in morning 4x a week
5. Get Hair done

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

My 5 things:

1. Track
2. Walk/Workout 3 times per week
3. Get my 64 oz of water, at least, preferably more.
4. Make my meal plan each week.
5. Focus on getting out of the office on time.

Here is a challenge to get us going and on our way for swimsuit season!

You name 5 things that YOU want to accomplish during the month of March! This is supposed to be 5 things YOU know that you can work on! Think about it, pick them & post them! It can be anything! It can be food related, exercise, personal, anything! I also challenge you to put $1 away for each day you get in all 5things! By the end of the challenge you will have around $25 since we are starting this late! What will you treat yourself too? Share friends!
