I COMMITTED TO Walk at least 30 minutes 5 days a Week and do CALLANETICS ~ Strength Training or work out on my Bow-Flex 2 to 3 days a Week, this year. I will build on that.
This is what I have done this month. As you can see I don't always get it all done.
Mon. 3/4 Walk 1.5 mi.
Thur. 3/7 Walk 4.5 mi.
Wed. 3/13 Walk 1.18 mi.
Thur. 3/14 Callanetics 1 Hr.
Fri. 3/15 Walk 2.05 mi.
