Its good that we have a desire to encourage others but what about ourselves? I do get major encouragement from my family, friends & sparkfamily but what if they are not around, what do I do then? Well, I tell myself you can have thinner thighs & smaller waist & less jiggle on the wiggle.
Be encourage & we can reach, me & sustain our goals!
If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.
