I have been drinking my water & standing on my cravings with gum & purse candy. You know hard candies that older ladies keep to quiet youngsters. lol

Great idea - I'm going to keep on championing myself along too emoticon

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Today, I am trying to recover to do 30mins of cardio & do Jillian later tonight. I am so sore from yesterdays workout but I also know you rest you rust. I got to get in there & get in there good!

Its good that we have a desire to encourage others but what about ourselves? I do get major encouragement from my family, friends & sparkfamily but what if they are not around, what do I do then? Well, I tell myself you can have thinner thighs & smaller waist & less jiggle on the wiggle.

Be encourage & we can reach, me & sustain our goals!
