I'll join you on the walking challenge. I try for 8,000 steps daily but hope to always increase.

May 1 - 8,811
May 2 - 9,308

Today, I walked alot but I didn't wear my pedometer so I'm clueless. YIKES! I will do better tomorrow. . .

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

Another good reducing exercise consists in placing both hands against the table edge and pushing back.

I walked 10216 steps. I normally feel good about my walks & so does my heart.

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

emoticon I'm on target - walked 8,000 yesterday and I've done 16,000 today

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Lets shoot for walking 6,000+ steps daily. This is not only good for your heart & health but helps you maintain your weight as well.
