Great article. I was planning on asparagus tonight as a side dish, and needed some tips on different ways to prepare it :)

Do not like asparagus!!

A great recipe for entertaining is to take a thin slice of ham or smoked turkey, put a layer of cream cheese on it and then a stalk of the pickled asparagus in the middle and roll it up like a jelly roll. Then you can cut it up into snack sizes, skewer it with a toothpick to help it stay together and it is an awesome snack emoticon I have gotten the pickled aspargus at Costco and in most grocery stores, usually over by the specialty deli items, it can be a bit spendy at times, between $7 to $10 for a jar but well worth it!!

I am who I am....it took me a long time to get this way and I am not going to change overnight.... but one day at a time!!
