I used to, but I found that the protein powder made it foamy. Must be something I'm doing wrong. Not a big fan of protein powder so I'll mix a scoop in 4oz of wather, mix it and down it like a shot and eat a banana after it. Then I'll make a delish smoothie using frozen unsweetened fruit, Oikos greek yogurt and 3/4 cup of Trop50 OJ made by Tropicana. Trop50 only has 50 calories for 8oz. :o)
