This was a good articlye. I am queen procrastinator and I am just finding that with four kids, it is kicking my butt! I read Chalene Johnson's book and it goes along with this. I now do keep a to-do list on my phone (I've trialed and errored many apps, lol) to help me keep focus on what needs to be done on any given day with appointments, errands, cleaning, workouts, etc. It has helped me declutter my mind especially if I do it at night.
