You pick the activity: As long as you are moving in some way! It can be dancing, running, jogging, treadmill, biking, stair climbing, house work, chasing kids, how ever you want to move your body!
Duration of the activity: Minimum of 3 songs! It can be longer if you like but only three songs are required for this challenge!
Post your results in this thread: What activity you did and what 3 songs you listened to!
