I've used this since I started SP 4 years ago. It really helped me, especially when I was using "I don't know what to do" as an excuse about my exercise. It really helps to "mix up" the plan every 4-6 weeks. Here's another resource that helps, too:

That's "The Mix 'N Match Workout."
It's similar to a tip from a member I saw posted a year or so ago- use different colors to designate different body parts to exercise and write one exercise on each of several popsicle sticks (or you could just use slips of paper). You put the sticks into cups and draw one,two, etc, sticks from each category each time you exercise. It sounded like a fun way to surprise yourself, and more importantly your body, with a different variety of exercises each time. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness
