I did the 11 min. seated cardio workout today. It got my heart rate up and made me feel like I accomplished something towards getting healthier.

Today was my first real day of walking this month. I took a walk at lunch and almost every step hurt. I could have beaten myself up about allowing myself to slide back into such poor shape, but I banished that fleeting thought and focused forward.

I have not been consistent in exercising lately and I'm going to try-not try-DO 3 workouts a week at least!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

massive sinus infection kept me still yesterday. I am still not feeling great, but I have errands to do so I WILL get some steps in!

I read a blog on SP this morning and it gave me an idea. The writer is a team leader at work for a pedometer challenge. She did not offer more details than that, but that is what gave me the idea.

For September. I am going to walk 20 minutes every day.
Please join me with this or another self-challenge and report in!
