Hi ladies! I was on the July challenge and forgot to move into August.I am currently in a two goal mode as far as my weight loss. When I started my weight loss treck last August I wanted to lose 30 lbs. After several up and down and steady months I found SP and I finally reached a loss of 15 lbs in the beginning of July. Then there were vacations and birthdays and holidays, but luckily I only gained .5lbs after all of that. I started August at 140.5 (my usual weigh ins are Mondays) and after a week I am still there. I have gone back to restricting my calories to 1200 to 1550, but on my "bad" days no higher than 1700 which is roughly my BMR.After 8 days I have only gotten into my "bad" range once. And I have exercised in some way every day so far.
I have a short term goal of losing 5.5 lbs by September 10th, a week before I go to one of my close friend's wedding...my reward for losing the weight will be a new dress. My long term goal is to lose the additional 10 lbs by December 31st, my birthday.
I am hoping for this month to continue my exercising everday, no matter what the exercise is, and to continue my calorie intake under 1550. Good luck to everyone's fitness goals.
As for TTC, we are not actively trying. I am off BC, but to get rid of migraines. That being said, my sex frequency has been up since getting off. And I technically skipped my last period (according to how it was on BC), but I have been on BC for 9 years, so I am not sure what my normal cycle is yet. I just know that if AF does not arrive before my friend's bachelorette party I am taking a test, cause I don't want to be PG and get wasted.
