"The most effective workouts are the ones we do" - Plant-based Hormone Therapy, Nutrition, Strength-training + Cardio, Stress Mgmt, Good sleep & Patience contribute to = Fitness (borrowed partly from Fitness on the Run, Alexandria, VA) - Probiotics, good protein, leafy green veggies + cutting sugars/simple carbs, plus 1 Saturday "Cheat Day" per week. Our bodies need 1 teaspoon sugar A DAY. How much are you eating?
