Hands down.. ZUMBA! its just so fun to dance to.

I gave Turbo Jam another try and I was bored after 20minutes because of the repetition. But I stuck to it just so I could burn off the calories.. then I did 20mins of Zumba to make up for the lack of motivation heheh.

I have an ultimate dance workout dvd that i have ony used once. the pace was a little too fast for me and the moves weren't always broken down enough so it was hard to keep up- I don't recommend that one lol. I'll keep my eyes out for a good zumba one! =)

Hands down its dance! I used to dance when I was younger. I did Ballet for many years, then I was a Cheerleader in Middle School, and I was a Gleek (literally) in High School so I have danced pretty much all of my life (well not my adult life which I attribute a bunch of my weight gain to). I LOVE Zumba and I used to do dance classes at the gym. Now I am on the hunt for a good dance DVD for home.

I think my favorite thing so far has been riding my bike down along the beach in huntington. I must admit though that I find I burn more calories when I swim or use my elliptical trainer. I do like using the elliptical because I can multi-task while I do! I can read a book or play on my psp or nintendo ds and have fun while i work out! =)
