Checking in for the past week, I have maintained fruit & vegetables daily,
2 fruits, at least 3 vegetables. I subsitute carbohydrate items with a fruit
and vegetable figuring the more fiber the better. Exercise every day since
my ankle surgery is well on the mend.
Hope my enthusiasm spreads...
