I have a challenge going on with my sister, here's what we are doing.
Only watching what we need to work on (salt, fat, cals, what ever) and try to stay in the ranges.
Getting 17/18 or more fruits and veggies for the week. (any combination)
I fight to get water, so I try to get 6 cups per day, my sister gets more.
Exercise, 15 mins. 4 times or more per week. (that could be 5 mins. to start out)
We do Daily goals, can be food, exercise, water, things that need to be done around the house/yard.
And weekly goals, things you put off doing or same as daily goals.
We try to check in with each other daily to help keep us on track, it's been working so far. (we started this 3/1/12)
