I'd like to lose 4 lbs by the end of February...I've been doing at least 60 min of cardio a day, plus weights once a week. Three or four times a week I do Nordic Track (running when the weather's nice, and the sun's up) in the morning, and then some after-work workouts at school with friends. Walk away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone, though I notice it's not much of a workout for me anymore. BUT I'm moving, and feel that helping other people move is a good thing! I'm finding that the colder the weather, the more I want to eat.

well, i broke down and joined a gym! My goal is to do 30 min elliptical/20 min treadmill and another 30-45 min of strength training 4xs per week. I've got it on my schedule. I just hope I can follow thru because school starts next week....looking forward to graduating in May! Hope I have some weight loss to celebrate at that time too
