Goal is 5-6 days a week, 45 minutes elliptic and ablounge.. Stay within calorie limits except for Friday night..

I like to be below 230 by the end of the month...

I'd like to lose 4 lbs by the end of February...I've been doing at least 60 min of cardio a day, plus weights once a week. Three or four times a week I do Nordic Track (running when the weather's nice, and the sun's up) in the morning, and then some after-work workouts at school with friends. Walk away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone, though I notice it's not much of a workout for me anymore. BUT I'm moving, and feel that helping other people move is a good thing! I'm finding that the colder the weather, the more I want to eat.

Fitness 19. I checked around but this place is close to home/close to work and was cheap!

I used to do free weights in college and I've found that I still enjoy it. Wonder why I stopped....

well, i broke down and joined a gym! My goal is to do 30 min elliptical/20 min treadmill and another 30-45 min of strength training 4xs per week. I've got it on my schedule. I just hope I can follow thru because school starts next week....looking forward to graduating in May! Hope I have some weight loss to celebrate at that time too

nothing right now! LOL

In the snow-free times, I do a walk/jog around the neighborhood for 4.5 miles. Takes me about 50 minutes and it's a great start to the day. I throw in a bike ride to mix it up sometimes.

During the snow times, I have a slew of DVDs, but I just don't have the motivation to get up to do them like I do the walking.

Wow! 2000 crunches. Ouch.

Okay, my goal is to start working out again and build back up to where I used to be:

Cardio workout: 5-6 days/week for 45-60 min.
Wgts: 3 days/week
Martial art kicks: 3 days/week for 20 minutes

I'm a big believer in short term goals. Posting monthly goals works good for so many - here's a place to do it!

My goals for February:

60 miles -elliptical/treadmill
2000 crunches
drop 4 pounds

How I will achieve my goals:
6 days/week staying at low end of calorie range
30 minutes of cardio, 5 days/week
Strength training 2 days/week

p.s. I'm posting this on both the McCo team and the Illinois team. No need to respond to both if you are on both teams, but we sure won't mind if you do!
