I just recently bought the nutribullet. I can't eat a lot raw veggies so the blender has been great to add my veggies to fruit smoothies.

Hi Everyone,

I have just been to a talk by Dr Libby Weaver here in New Zealand, she has just released her cook book called Dr Libbys Real Food Chef. It is just amazing. Another piece in the puzzle of living for me with Microscopic colits and celiacs. I have been trying to cut out refined sugars, and anything processed. And this book is jammed pack with healthy food choices. I am just so excited about this book. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to do the same. Have a great day. Jan.

fruits remain really tricky for me!! but some veggies work if cooked very well ---- sooooo i have played around in the kitchen with long simmering veggies to get some great tastes and great added nutrition!

just added a recipe to the spark recipe box called 'Mexican white bean medley' cuz it works great for me. emoticon

what works for the rest of you??
