Some info: This challenge includes daily drawings for prizes, but also includes a daily committment to exercise. The challenge is to do 5 30-minute cardio workouts per week, along with a 10 minute exercise video 7 days per week. The videos are all sculpting/toning videos, except for day 1, and they are typically 10 minutes or less. It's a lot of exercise for some of us, but if you're like me and feeling like you need something new to motivate you, this could be the tool you need!
