It took me 1hr 15min. I usually swim an hour and a half but I am just getting back in the pool after a shoulder injury.
For me, a lifetime swimmer, competitive swimmer as a child, :30s rest would be too much. I could fully recover in that time. I stick to rest intervals of 5, 10 or 15 depending on the difficulty of the set. Longer rest, approximately 1 min, between sets.
