In the military I used to run 10k a day but have really, (Ha!) really, fallen out of shape. If anybody jogs around here (even slow!), I'd love to join you. I just don't know if I can start up the motivation to do it by myself. I get back into shape fast so even if you're established, maybe I could keep up. Or hey, why limit it to jogging. Any dancers, swimmers, play with puppies-ers, etc? I am down for whatever and want to jump in.
