Definitely be careful. Trust yourself to know your body. One of the programs I like is the 17 Day Diet. I need to start that over again.

If you want I think I still have the info someplace all typed up and I send it to you in a SparkMail. It was basically, lean proteins, lots of veggies (from a long list) only 2 fruit servings per day from (low sugar fruits) no breads or grains or starchy veggies for the first 17 days. Let me know if you want me to send you the list.

Marki, I was concerned about that and the amount of carbs. It takes so little to shoot my blood sugar through the roof!

Emi (LITTOGREENWITCH) is a diabetic too. She could probably give you better advice.

I personally don't think Tracy's meal plan is very "healthy" for anyone, unless you really modify it. I added up the calories in her "nutrition boost" week I think there were between 500 and 700. It's been so long I can't really remember, but not even close to sustaining you when you're burning over 300 doing her muscle work, (if you do after cardio) and over 400 doing cardio dancing.

I have been following the diet the nutritionist gave me when diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I would like to try Traceys eating plan, but not sure if its right for a diabetic...or maybe a modified version of her plan would work.

Any feedback is welcome!
