I personally don't think Tracy's meal plan is very "healthy" for anyone, unless you really modify it. I added up the calories in her "nutrition boost" week I think there were between 500 and 700. It's been so long I can't really remember, but not even close to sustaining you when you're burning over 300 doing her muscle work, (if you do after cardio) and over 400 doing cardio dancing.
