It really amazed me for no more than she did ont he video, how sore I was. I hadn't done the video since Sunday afternoon, since i came down with a horrible sinus cold, but yesterday and today both, my legs let me know they were there. really a good ache though!!! I've done videos that have done more, but i didn't feel it quite like this. hoping I feel a bit more better tomorrow so i can get up and get my videos done!

I started phase 1 yesterday too and boy i'm sore. Didn't realize I would be feeling these muscles. Good workout. I myself is not big on the cardio part but it's fun. I like it so far. Off to do day 2.

Started Phase 1 yesterday. did the cardio and transform video. Definitely feeling it today. Not too hip on the cardio, but it is fun and different.
today, have finished day 2. I did Bob Harper cardio rev, lower body workout, for the cardio and then Transform Phase 1.
