Rest day today! YAY! Might be going over a little bit of Dance Cardio today since I haven't done that one in a long time and might use it for some cardio this week. I love her Dancing dvds more than her meta cardio.
Rest day for me today. I know I was supposed to take it until the 7th day but I've been working out since Sunday and I started Meta on tues. I'll be right back at it tomorrow. Can't wait to finish L.1 this week.
Just finished Day 20 Ab Meta, ready to tackle Level 3 tomorrow, yeah! Also got in 40 mins DC due to DVD malfunction added 10 mins. For SHEFALIKAKAR- looking for a rebounder (mini trampoline) check Craigslist. I found several available for $35.
I started Meta HIpcentric in the beginning of April. Reached Day 17 so far. I love the workout and am staying quite consistent due to the ease of fitting it in. Not doing the meal plan or the cardio (bad knees). Am looking for a rebounder so I can do the cardio on the rebounder.
No weight loss yet, but I do feel my thighs firming up.

I can't seem to do the video more than a day or 2 in a row at most!! Things come up and get in the way!!! I sometimes manage to do the leg work because it is only those 6 moves and I do about 30 reps of each move, and then I'll do some push ups and some crunches, but that is about all I manage to fit into the day and although I really try not to take any rests between the leg moves, my daughter seems to hone in on the fact that I am concentrating and wants to be nursed or held at that exact moment! It's frustrating in a cute sort of way!
