I read this somewhere else on SP. I now have a string of 30 paperclips hanging on the fridge (one for each pound I have lost).
"When I go out to eat I will be taking them in my pocket. That way if I feel tempted to overeat I can hold them and remember why this is all worth it.
Being on the fridge also is a powerful reminder to make healthy choices when you open the fridge!
It is a powerful reminder of how far I have come, try it and see!!!"
Of course I am hoping that my chain gets longer and longer LOL
You can use the paperclips to keep track of how many glasses of water you have drank, how much exercise or how many calories or carbs you have had. You don't have to use paperclips ... you could use buttons or even pebbles!
