Good job....FBS going from 146 to a nice 108 can't all be credited to cinnamon...had to have some sensible eating connnected also. So keep logging your food and keep taking the cinnamon...it's working for you!

Good for you! I takie a cinnamon cap in the morning and one at night. I also put cinnamon in my coffee and cereal. I keep my carbs 175 or lower. Let us know how your doing and remember to drink your water!
Stress and any physical change can spike those numbers out of whack. And since you really can't avoid any of them, you've got to eat smart around them..avoid high sodium foods, drink water, hide the chocolate(after eating one piece!), and watch carb intake in general. Kudos on a lower FBG ! You can do it...

I have been going through some MAJOR stress and it's that time of the month too - think maybe that's why my fasting blood sugars that past week have been so high. I am SO happy to see the first "normal for me" number in a couple weeks. Let's see if I can KEEP these numbers like I used to have.
Plus, I got Cinnamon and Chromium Picolinate today. Going to see if I can CHOP those numbers down even further. YIPPEEEE!!!
