just exercise does raise the sugar if you have not put enough food (read that carbs) in your body before you exercise it is the dawn effect and that can happen any time during the day not enough carbs plus exercise equals a higher blood sugar

04.23.11- 123. mine are typically anywhere from 115-130. my average for the last two months was 122, and so far I'm at 121 for this months average. I was diagnosed in sept of last year, so I'm kinda new to all this. Does this sound pretty normal. My doctor did list me as controlled as my last A1C was 6.7. I go back in June for my 6 month follow up.

fbs 102 but blood pressure down 60/39 didn't take any of the blood pressure meds except the one that steadies the rhythm but just hanging out nnot really able to do much at all drinkuing the water feet up lol the lady mary

161 which is quite surprising but then again maybe not. Was so sick yesterday, didn't take any insulin but then again didn't eat but 1 x around 4pm. Still haven't had either today so guess need to get up & take care of both issues.

but good for the soul to step out of the box NO GUILT TRIPS every one of us does it on occasion and as i see it the result wasn't too too bad just rack it up say you enjoy the weekend off and go forward
that said
fbs 74 for me so another fight to get it back up takes 20 minutes for anything to kick in and meantime it falls even lower bummer for sure when you can't even get up and walk

Not good 141.
I ate beans and rice over the weekend and I had a spell that I was eating chips and popcorn. Not good for my eating plan at all.

Sorry didnt have time had to be out the door early for trip to Clinic!...but I saw the endocrinologist today and my Trigs ...were 530 three months ago and today they were 344...thats 186 mg/dL better!emoticon
