Feb. 15 - Did some heavy housework for 90 mins and then walked 3 miles with Leslie Sansone for 42 mins.
Feb. 18 - Did some calisthenics in the morning for 40 mins and had a Zumba class (75 mins).
Feb. 19 - I danced with my daughter and grand-sons for half an hour.

Yesterday my girls and I walked for 2 hours up some really big hills delivering bottle drive fliers. Today I did 10 minutes of Richard Simmons.

Start date: September 2009

This morning did 30 min. 5% incline on the treadmill. 20 min. on the Elliptical and before lunch did over two hours of cleaning in my bedroom. Took everything apart and washed down everything. In all did 170 minutes today. emoticon

Yesterday, I did some housework for about one hour. However, today I started with a 4 mile walk with Leslie Sansone and did 40 minutes of strength training. This evening, I have a two hour long Zumba class (differential levels). By the end of the day, I will have done 220 minutes of fitness. WooHoo!
