Using the method you prefer, keep a tally of your daily progress on this thread. You can either write down your calories eaten and burnt, put down your Weight Watchers score or simply go to the Daily Calorie Differential and write down your figure. I personally liked doing the latter in July because I actually did lose some weight because it encouraged me to try harder with my calorie intake and burning.
