a 10 minute Spark video first thing this morning and then went for 2 half hour walks with co-workers at work!

Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.

August 1st: Sparkpeoples 28 day bootcamp Total body challenge
August 2nd: Cardio blast 80's aerobics cardio kick boxing hop to it and cardio boot camp

A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.
