Played Walk it Out on my Wii (2.5 miles) and did some work with my resistance bands.

Today I will do a 20 min workout, walk the dog and on my supper break at work I will walk around the building for 10mins, I also do leg exercises under my desk.

Did some walking back and forth to the bus stop and I went to the mall and had to walk quite a ways to pick up my medication. All in all about 3 miles.

I went to the gym for the 7th day in a row. I did 30 minutes of weight loss training on the stationary bike, and 15 minutes of cardio walking, 15 minutes of weight loss walking on the treadmill. I don't have a problem getting to the gym, but I do seem to have a problem trying to remember that I have to eat. I make sure I eat before I go to the gym, but to go from eating once a day to trying to eat 3 times a day is the hardest part of trying to lose weight for me. Any suggestions on how to change my eating habits?

Today I got off the couch to go for a bike ride and after 2 long hours, on my way back home, someone honked at me and yelled out that I have a fat ass. Kinda destroyed my self esteem after trying so hard to be active today. Why do people seem to be so cruel?

went to the gym for the fourth day in a row. Twenty minutes on the elliptical and then about 15 minutes of strength training.
Later today, I'll probably go for a walk with my husband. There's a wonderful natural frozen yogurt place about a 30-minute walk from here so it's a nice goal to get there and it results in an hour-long walk.

I went grocery shopping and walked the stores for 1.5 hrs, went for a 10min walk by myself, now I am going fishing and later taking my dog for a walk!

did an hour of aerobics, 30 minutes on treadmill and to top it off played tag with my niece and her friend for over an hour....I shocked myself, I had the energy to play that long chasing them around a park; I didn't need to sit down to rest ...was so much fun!

On Friday, I did a Turbo Jam session and then went out walking.
Today, being Saturday, I went out shopping this morning and walked around for over one hour. Since it's my day off from exercise, I did absolutely nothing in the evening. Feels good!

Today I did 32mins of cardio with 3 different exercise videos instead of walking outdoors - very heavy rains here today. Also I did 10 minutes of upper body strength training. Feelin' good!!!! I feel like dancin'

I did a 47 min Turbo Jam session, plus some abs. After I did 40 minutes of SP exercises working the total body and then I walked 4 miles with Leslie Sansone. I burnt 1015 calories but because I ate a little too much, I had a differential of Minus 295.

Hi, Today I got back in the workout routine. Just like you Flemidg, I had to take some rest time so for the past week I have been doing only short strolls and relaxing a lot. I think I pushed myself too hard for the first three months of Spark People and i was just burned out. Every muscle in my body was sore, tired and achy so I took some rest time. Today I got back to strength training, core and upper body and walked 3k then biked for 2k. Now I feel great. I am marking Sunday of each day for my rest day. I now know that I need to take days off from exercising just as a person needs to take days off from work.
But it does feel so good to move when you are rested and ready.

On Monday, I did the Chalean Xtreme Push Circuit 1 which took about 34 minutes and right after, I took my two dogs for a 30 minute walk.
Yesterday, I did a Taebo class for 39 minutes and in the evening when I returned from the physiotherapist, I walked with Leslie Sansone for a 4 mile walk.
This morning I did the Chalean Xtreme Push Circuit 2 which took 36 minutes to complete. This evening I will do the Jane Fonda Step Aerobics with abs (approximately 60 mins).
