Since Monday, I haven't posted anything. Yes, computer problems! It just crashed on me. The technician did come over Monday evening but since, I've been reinstalling all the programs that I use online. Takes time...

Today, I did a 45 min Taebo session and this evening I will have a Tai Chi class.

This morning I walked my two dogs for 45 minutes and covered 2.06 miles. Once I got home I worked my abs.

This evening, I will again walk my two dogs but before I do so, I will do a 45 minute Turbo Jam class.

Today I did 12 min on the treadmill (no running, my kn ee is feelign screwy again), 38 minutes on the stationary bike, 15 minutes on the stair master and 15 minutes on the elliptical.

This morning I did a 56 minute Tae Bo class, then went to the supermarket on foot. This took me 25 minutes (carried some load coming back).

This evening, I will go for a 5.5 km walk which will take me between 60 and 65 minutes.

Walked my two dogs first thing in the morning for 45 mins. Once I got home I did a Turbo Jam session for 37 mins.

In the evening, I worked my core for 30 mins, did a Kickboxing class with Kathy Smith for 23 mins and a Yoga session for 22. This gave me a total of 157 mins and I burned 951 calories.

This morning, with four other persons, we cleaned up an area in our community where people tend to throw their garbage. It wasn't fun, but for a whole 3 hours we were at it. It's now cleaner but hope that it will remain so. This evening I went out for a 3.5 mile walk by myself. The weather was very pleasant -- slightly cool and windy.

I walked a lot today, enough to do 15931 steps which means about 6.39 miles. We finished the food shopping this morning and this evening I walked my two dogs Mimi and Boxer for 45 mins which we all enjoyed.

Today I did day 16 of the sparkpeople 28 day bootcamp. I also did the wii fit for forty mins.

A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.

I started the day with filling up a big hole in my garden because Mimi (the digger) dug her way down (about 25 inches down and about 36" long). It took me about 20 mins to fill that in and water it so she doesn't dig there again today. Right after I took the two dogs out walking (actually, they pulled me along most of the way! They had so much nervous energy!). Once I got home, I did a 48 mins Turbo Jam session. I felt great after.

This evening I have a two-hour Tai Chi class. I will have burnt about 1185 calories.

Yesterday, I did a lot of walking while shopping for food. Usually, I would have done more, but my husband was out and I was unsure as to when he would call me to pick him up so I didn't do any exercises at home.

Today, I moved around the living-room and decided to take a break.

I had to take it easy yesterday. I have been doing too much walking at once. Today is church and then dinner with friends from church. By tomorrow I should be ready for another nice walk. The weather should be a bit warmer as well. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Easter.
