This month, I'm starting a challenge that focuses on one something that I personally have a ton of trouble doing: Tracking my food intake!
If anyone else is in trouble with this, this challenge is designed to get you into the habit of it doing it EVERYDAY!
So here goes, each week, post the following:
Days you tracked EVERYTHING
Days you stayed within your limit
Fitness minutes for the week
You will get 5 points for every day you track, 10 points for every day you stay within your range and a point for every fitness minute. Person with the most points at the end is the winner!
