What better way to get a team back on track than with a nice challenge?
This challenge will be held from April 10 to April 30
Rules are simple:
1. Track your calories eaten EVERYDAY
2. Stay within your caloric range
3. Once a week, weigh yourself and post on the message board how much you have lost since the challenge began (starting weight and current weight)
4. Include a list of three things that you find beautiful about yourself in the post. Pictures are always a plus!
The winner will be the person who was consistent and lost the most weight
