Sadly to report I feel off the wagon a little for the past two weeks. I exercised I think only once or twice. My eating was ok but could be much better so no I didn't make the 192 but for like one day maybe. Boo. So back to it I go.

It has been a while but so far I doing pretty good. I am at 193 but I believe I am on my way to 192.emoticon I have so far only not stick to my daily calorie limit like 2 days which is much better than before. Since I am not eating the foods that cause me to binge or binge I have been doing much much better. In july I plan on cutting back on my daily sugar limit. I am looking forward to that. As long as I stay focus and put these new habits into practice it doesn't seem so bad. I am cutting back my work outs to 4 days a week due to the fact that I am working full time and going to school full time. I am trying not to stress out and kill myself. Anyway you ladies keep fighting the fight.

I went over my calories yesterday and didn't get my workout in. I am trying to get my lazy butt up and exercise right now. I just finished up the semester at school so I am feeling a little too relaxed. I do not want to lose my results I got. I need to tighten up my diet and I am looking forward to that. I know with the work outs it is going to pay off and show immediately. I will keep you ladies updated.

Alright have done good with daily calorie intake and with no over eating but I did emotional eat. I was still with in my daily calorie limit thank god. My exercise is going great but sadly I wont be working out tonight. I am very tired this evening and I am about to go to bed. Just wanted to let you know how I am doing. My weight was 197.2 to start and I am now 195.6. Hoping to see a healthy 193 next week.

I decided that even though april is over and may is half over I am going to redo this challenge. My goal is to stick with in my daily calorie limit for 30 days and no binge eating in the process. Binge eating has been messing me in the past and I need to handle this problem for life.

That is true. It's a new month. I have been doing really well lately. I am trying to hush that voice that tells me I can eat junk, I can do whatever I want. I over came that today at McDonald's. Instead of getting my old meal a double quarter pounder with cheese no onions no pickles, large fry and large sweet tea. I got a yogurt and a fruit smoothie. I am proud of myself.

April has been crazy for me as well and my weight is fluctuating like crazy :/ it seems like life has gotten in the way of being productive in my activity and my diet. It's frustrating but today is a new day, a new week and a new month!

@raven1025 Thank you so much! Yes it does feel great. Congrats on being down a pound. I know it must feel great to know all that work is paying off.

My weight keeps going up and down between 195.6 and 193. It's insane. I can see why they say don't weigh yourself everyday. I am doing a challenge where I do have to weigh myself every week so I like to see where I am half way threw the week. I am still doing good on working out everyday. I wanted to try something else different with my meals. I am really trying to find what works for me. Something I can stick to for the rest of my life. Soooo I am trying the slim fast shakes. But I like to eat it with a side of fruit or veggies. Anyways, I will keep you all updated.

PS yeah April went by fast but I am not complaining. I get a vacation from school and work in October. Hurry up summer.( Will be going to school all summer too)

Sharmika-Isn't it fun to get to wear things that have been languishing in the closet? Congrats!

I weighed in this morning, and am down a pound! I almost can't believe it. It was pouring rain most of the week, so I didn't get in any biking or running. Luckily, work kept me pretty active this week.

Does anyone else feel like April has just flown by???

Started clean eating on the 25 and I can see the changes in my body already and it feels great. The scale on the other hand is saying I am 195.6 but I feel slimmer and look slimmer. I was able to wear a shirt I haven't worn in months because I have been so unhappy with my body. I have been sticking to my work outs. I need to add in weights again. I have slacked on that part of my work outs and I know I can get more results when I add them in. I am looking so forward to the next week and a half.

Did super great today and I got some exercise and some more exercise with cleaning and moving boxesemoticon I'm thinking about getting in some strength training later tonight. Didn't get a chance to go food shopping like I wanted to but at least I got in my workout.

@raven1025 I am glad you lost 1/2 a pound. I can relate to you on the stress part so so much. I haven't had a doughnut but that is not as bad as a full mickeyd's meal lol. I don't even want to get on the scale to next week.

I am still feeling down but would really like to focus on good healthy eating for two weeks straight and daily exercise and then weight myself. We shall see what happens.

I had a couple of weak moments over the past week, as it was a stressful and tiring week at work. The big splurge was having a custard-filled Bismark doughnut yesterday, when a co-worker with a box of doughnuts greeted me in the morning. It was delicous, just what I needed, and I almost don't regret it. Almost.

Anyway, I stepped on the scale this morning and am at 140.5. Down a half-pound. At least the scale went in the right direction, and I really can't ask for more given how lax I've been this week.

I'll see how this week goes. The only potentially troublesome spots are today and tomorrow, with restaurant outings. I will just have to run and ride my bike a little extra!!

Good Job with all of your hard work and tracking ladies!

I think that this week off of dance is really tearing into my ability to stay healthy.

I had the worst taco bell binge last night, my terrible weakness which kicks my veganism to the curb on a biweekly basis. I stepped on the scale this morning and haven't been this disappointed in myself in a while,

I'm at 179 which means I've gained weight. Although, me and my scale are having discrepancies and I'm seeking a second opinion, haha.
Today is a new day, though, and this week is a new week.
All of you guys are putting me in a better mood though and hopefully you're all doing well :)

Oops, I popped in on Saturday, didn't see anyone posting, meant to check if we were supposed to post here or in a different thread, then plain forgot about it.
I tracked all last week, and went over on two different days. Poo. I held tight at 141.

We will see how I come out this week. Fewer cocktails overall, but less active because of pain. We shall see what happens very soon!

My bum and thighs seem less saggy, though, so I am pleased about that!!

Of course after that hard work I mess up and over ate my calorie limit. Tomorrow is a new day and I will be starting over and will be paying closer attention to my hunger signs. It is easier to pay attention to them when I am at work but sucks because I can't just eat when I am at work. It's only when I am out. Even at home I do much better with my eating choices. Got to get to the bottom of this problem.

@parkerthepinup glad to hear that things are going so well for you. For me I am down to 193.6 I can see my ab muscles trying to come in but I would have to tighten up my food choices for them to really show. Ready to go get my work out in right about now.

Weight: 175.8 (down 0.8 pound)

and...

I love that I can see my collar bone and that my pectoral muscles are so incredibly strong that my boobs are really perky even though they are c cups.

Good luck burlesque beauties.

I am hovering around my goal weight and I am maintaining. I am a member of Weight Watchers, the current program no longer counts calories. They do calculate "points plus" using carbs, fiber, protein and fat. Fruits and veggies are zero "points plus".

I am in, but on the WW program. Whatever works for you is a good thing.

Hey ladies!

What better way to get a team back on track than with a nice challenge?

This challenge will be held from April 10 to April 30

Rules are simple:

1. Track your calories eaten EVERYDAY
2. Stay within your caloric range
3. Once a week, weigh yourself and post on the message board how much you have lost since the challenge began (starting weight and current weight)
4. Include a list of three things that you find beautiful about yourself in the post. Pictures are always a plus!

The winner will be the person who was consistent and lost the most weight
