Starting with the Cleanse and then the MNS3 packs would be a good way to ease into it! I would suggest adding Catalyst for before workouts. Normally I would say Spark too, but if you're sensitive to caffeine, maybe not. Though it only has as much caffeine as one cup of coffee.
As far as the Cleanse and its, um, effects... I didn't have any problems at all! I did have to go more often than usual, but never in a RUSH or emergency situation.
I did the Challenge in its entirety, then cut WAY back on the products I was using, and I'm still LOSING weight. It was like the challenge was just a kick-off. Now that I'm pregnant, I've cut back even more and am STILL seeing results. :-)
