OK, I've just checked out the Jamie Eason 12 week challenge videos and you are soooo very right about the time commitment and the eating, supplements, etc. I don't think this is the challenge for us. Maybe after another 25 pounds or so, but not right now. And maybe in the future I'd want to do the weights, but I don't think I want to restrict my eating to that level or go heavy on supplements.
Any ideas for the next challenge? Maybe we could both commit to doing an exercise video that we each own and then blog about it? Or join another challenge? What are your thoughts?
