did day 3 video and got out for a great walk-it's been so warm here, I was glad to get myself and my dog, Maile, out before it got much warmer-always take water for her-she is such a Diva-will not drink out of portable bowls, so she has her own sports bottle-love her attitude-now if she would just deign to carry her own bottle! I did get resistance bands tonight! I found two different resistance ones at the goodwill tonight. One still in it's original package. Yay!

To help with my struggles with the weekend nutrition I joined a weekend forum team. Doesn't look like any new posts but I will try and commit to the challenges originated at the onset of that team. I also joined a challenge to begin on Monday. Official 'Eat Up, Slim Down' Challenge. Again this will help with my eating. You don't seem to struggle to much in the nutrition portion or do you?
Lets work on a cardio and strength training that we can do together. Thoughts???

OK, I've just checked out the Jamie Eason 12 week challenge videos and you are soooo very right about the time commitment and the eating, supplements, etc. I don't think this is the challenge for us. Maybe after another 25 pounds or so, but not right now. And maybe in the future I'd want to do the weights, but I don't think I want to restrict my eating to that level or go heavy on supplements.
Any ideas for the next challenge? Maybe we could both commit to doing an exercise video that we each own and then blog about it? Or join another challenge? What are your thoughts?

Well, I probably shouldn't have doubled up on the daily video today because I did Billy Blanks Ultimate Bootcamp video and it was so intense. It has been sitting on the shelf for years and I had never done it before. I had to actually stop doing a few exercises because the burn was so....well... it was burning! Oh my goodness. What a great workout though! It is 55 minutes long and I think I wanted to stop in the first 15 minutes. Ugh! But it is finished and I feel beat up yet powerful. Happy Wednesday everyone!
