Well I just finished watching the Phase 1 video of the challenge you suggested and looking at the nutrition and supplements and the weight training. I am wondering if this one is a too much for me. Just with being a full time working mom and basically a single mom. Definitely looks like it will work if you can put in the time. What are your thoughts??

Oh how I have missed you! Yes lets do Jamie Eason's LIVEFIT 12-Week Trainer Challenge starting Monday? Are you able to start even though it is a holiday? Or is it even a holiday for you? I can start on Monday. Let me know.

You are doing so great! Good for you! I have not gotten back to the Challenge workouts. I think I have a sinus infection, which is making me a bit dizzy. When I put my head down, I start to feel the room go around. I may not be able to finish this challenge with you, but I'd love to start another one next week.
If we want to do something a bit different, how about Jamie Eason's LIVEFIT 12-Week Trainer Challenge? You have to put the name into the search form of Challenge Central in order to find it.
