Week 3 was also a bit up and down, I had a cold and throat infection, and like you summer jobs are taking over, but I will keep up zumba classes I go to. Back to the videos next Wednesday after Jubilee celebrations.

Week 3 was a bit up and down for me. Got really busy with life but I kept up the cardio and added some home activities to keep the momentum going. My goal for week 4 is to do all the videos recommended plus 3 as suggested. It isn't the cardio that's hard for me to fit in, it's the strength videos exercises because I'm busy outside doing all kinds of early summer projects around the house.
