Yay! i finished the challenge! I had some serious doubts when i had an impacted molar, and a subsequent extraction. But i only missed 1 or 2 days for that, and kept on schedule the whole time. I am going to continue using the videos, just change to alot of different ones. Now that i am used to strength training every day, i dont know what i would do if i missed a day!
