Only 2 days left in this challenge for me! I plan on starting on the other 28 day boot camp challenge on Tuesday (holiday weekend & hubby will be home on Monday, hope to take him exploring this weekend). I too haven't seen much difference on the scale, but can see a difference in the mirror and now some of my old summer clothes fit again. This is going to be a great summer. We just moved to SW PA from NE GA and I look forward to finding new outdoor adventures! I will miss the Smokey Mountains, Whiteside in NC, etc., but always look forward to new things. to all of us who finished this challenge!

I would suggest taking a week ( or two ) off from doing any Challenges. Allow your body and mind to rest a bit before starting either another Challenge or a new activity. Winter 2012 I completed the January Challenge and immediately started the Rookie to 3K Running Challenge. That was a mistake for me and I ended up dropping out of the Rookie Running Challenge.
Eventually I started doing some cardio dancing using 2 DVDs. One was Dancing with the Stars and the second was a Samba dance DVD. All the while I followed the basic outline of the January Challenge: 30 minutes of cardio and the strength training routine suggested by one of Sparkpeople's fitness articles.

We are doing a biggest looser at work and I have committed to walking at least 1/2 hour four times weekly if I do not then I have pledged to pay $100... aint nobody getting that money but ME...so I will stay commited to at least that...we are going on vacation next month... but I am thinking of doing another challenge...this will keep me accountable and I wont get into the.."but I am on vaction mode". Now that I have started moving I want to keep on moving..dont want to go through all that pain again...heck I found muscles I didnt know I had... this week I was actually able to walk after the butt blaster workout...last week I thought... I dont want butt muslces let that baby drag.... much better this week. I have a goal in mind... and I will achieve it... slow and steady wins the race. So I will be looking for another challenge and if I can incorporate my walk into so much the better. Good luck all
My kids will be out of school for the summer next week and this is usually when my routine goes but I'm either going to join another challenge or just try to keep fitting in the 10 min everyday plus do my cardio 3 times a week for 30 min or more. We have a pool and I'm hoping to find some exercises I can do there.
I have family visiting next week so my routine goes out the window. Although we do a lot of walking and swimming. I am going to start the 8 week diabetic bootcamp when all returns to normal but also want to find a swimming workout to vary my routine. Have lost 3.5 lbs so far but have a goal for September, tiny steps.

This is the first challenge I have ever committed too and stuck with , this challenge is very realistic because some days just do not work and you can catch up , I am on week four day three, This challenge got me moving again and I do not want to stop I still have alot to learn scale wise very little weight loss but I am feeling more toned and I know I have lost inches just by looking in the mirror I can see i have a waistline after this challenge I am going to keep it going for myself and maybe join other challenges to help me stay accountable.

I am actually deeply considering trying the 5K Your Way Rookie Running program after this... while keeping up with strength training/toning.
I've wanted to get to the point of running a 5K for a long time, but everytime I stop training too soon because I get frusturated with how slow you have to start out, and how long it takes. Maybe now is the time....
Hope you are able to reach your goal and run a 5K in 5 weeks!

I agree. I have enjoyed this challenge and found that having a goal has made all the difference. My plan is to find another challenge to complete. I love having the variety of videos to do, but I don't have to choose which one to do daily. Thank you SparkPeople.

I am only in week one with this team and week 2 in my other challenge, but I plan to do another challenge, maybe even the same challenge again (if I'm allowed .) I think it makes more to look forward too when you have a challenge in front of you.
