Doing great! I have started the week with a 35 minute walk on my treadmill. I am striving for 45. I increase my time every other week by 5 minutes. I will get there soon. Eating on track.

I'm almost done with week 4 just four days too go I am a little behind cause I have been doing very little other exersise. N other things comes up. Plus been taken it easy trying too have. my body heal for awhile been sore n starting too feel better now my shoulder kinda hurts still hopefully get too it will try maybe today or tomorrow if not next week sometime

Sorry I am late posting we had a death in the family and I have been away from the computer. I did get my workouts in though so I will post them all at once now.

Day 1 - Video - 10 Minute Cardio Kickboxing * 2
Cardio- Stationary Cycling - 57 Minutes, Walking 96 Minutes 163 Minutes Total

Day 2 - Video - 10-minute Crunchless Core workout * 2
Cardio- Stationary Cycling - 77 Minutes, Walking 52 Minutes 139 Minutes Total

Day 3 - Video - 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout *2
Cardio- Stationary Cycling - 56 Minutes, Walking 93 Minutes 162 Minutes Total

I am not sure if this is where we are supposed to discuss our long term goals or not but if so my long term goals are to continue to ride the stationary cycle daily for at least 30 minutes daily, to continue to achieve 5000 steps daily and to continue to eat 3-5 fruits and vegetables daily as part of a balanced diet.

Started week 4 later than I wanted. Almost back to normal have an injury a few weeks ago. I've lost a few pounds but I'm in better shape. Walked about 40 mins today on top of the videos.

I want to keep the momentum going and now that we might finally get out of the cold, ice, and snow I'll be focusing on more outside activities. Have some new garden beds I want to put in. I've got a lot of wood clearing to do from the trees that went down in the winter storms.

finished .. not sure how much i lost in this month, but i DO know i am not going to be in a bathing suit in the next couple of months .. this challenge may work for someone close to their weight just trying to tighten up, but not for someone 45 lbs overweight still .. hahahaha but is was a fun challenge and gets you motivated and that is more the point that being in a "bikini" when you are done .. LOL WAHOOOOO to being finished!!!

Had another "just lying there" night, but feel good and energetic to begin my last day of this month's Bootcamp. It has been good and helpful. I have gained a pound over the month to put me back where I was January 1st...but my core is very much stronger over these three months of strengthening exercises.

I am finished. I didn't gain or lose. But, in a way that is better than gaining...I guess?

I'm going to do the eat up slim down challenge in April. And, continue to do the challenges given to us on Partnership for Accountability Team! Loving them!

Have started week 4 today...only difficulty is that I did not sleep last night at all...just lay there and rested. So here it is almost 4PM and I'm ready to turn in. However, I got my exercises in, except not nearly as much walking as I'd hoped.

got in over 9,000 steps yesterday - but with the weigh piling on too rapidly my knee is giving out - had to stop and get a knee brace - have arthritis in both but it has not bothered me - now its bad..

Beginning week 4 today. I didn't realize I was already in week 4. I was hoping to be further along than I am, doing each video at least twice or 3 times, maybe I'm not pushing myself hard enough. I do enjoy the short videos, definitely feel better and can do the arm and ab videos twice. So, this week my goal is to push myself harder, do videos twice to three times and add extra videos. Ugh, I'm tired already.

The race is not to the swift, but to the one who endures to the end.

Completed the challenge. Very rewarding to be able to do more of the repetitions at the end of the month than I could do in the beginning. Plan to continue doing strength training videos tho may switch them around for the next month. Will be continuing with at least 30 minutes of cardio too.

I just purchased coach Nichols sculpt and plan to start that on the first of July

in Day 2 of Week Four and did 2 boot camp videos - that day 2 crunchless core workout still gets me dripping! The scale only moved 2 pounds but I feel stronger and tighter, especially in butt and thigh areas.

We'll see if we can get 2 more pounds off this last week!

Going to check out that 28 day boot camp video - these little 10 minute workouts are great Nicole!

I loved this bootcamp, I am now on week #4 and I will probably continue on with the daily exercises! I plan to continue on to the Sparkpeople Bootcamp DVD that I had purchased. I have done well and I have lost about 12-13 pounds total.

My greatest accomplishments are going from not being able to do pushups to doing 50 a day (25x2), I was so surprised that I could do that!!!

Also, I started off not being able to squat down and get back up and now it's no issue! I still need help in the abs department, so I may repeat this bootcamp again, (if allowed). emoticon

I try to remember in life, every day is a gift.

Whew, I finished! Not with a bang, but done! And yes, the exercises are getting easier, but yes, I still need to work on my strength. I hope to fit in about 20 minutes of strength training at least three days a week. Cardio, I have that down, but sometimes life gets away from me and I forget the strength training. That is why these challenges are good for me - it keeps me accountable!

Going to have to redo week four. Didn't stay on track this week because of deadlines at work and having to stay at my desk for a steady 8 hours a day. Normally I take my lunch hour to workout at the gym next door,but it wasn't an option this week. Life happens and you just need to start over. Good thing is that my eating habits stayed on track. emoticon Today someone I know asked if I had lost some weight and I was happy to tell them yes I did! emoticon

emoticon I finished week 4 yesterday and weighed today. I didn't lose any weight (didn't gain either) this past week, but I lost 5 lbs over all for the 4 weeks. I did lose some inches, with the exception of my arms (1/2 inch more), but I feel more energetic and toned.

Finished week 4!!! Not too much of a difference in the scale but I'm feeling much more toned. Push ups are getting easier (not easy...but easier). Bought a new swimsuit! So glad I did this challenge. I definitely am liking the results of the toning videos and will keep that up.

Had some challenges this week that I hadn't had in previous weeks. But making sure to get my videos in, even if I have to do 2 days in 1. I am going to continue the 28 day bootcamp challenge that I started last week and next week start this challenge again. I have 8 pounds left to get to my goal weight from Jenny Craig and will try to lose 5 more after that. Not sure about the goal weight I put in on SP, but I haven't been this "thin" in at least 2 years, when I was sick. So, let's see how I do with 145-150.

Tripled up on the videos for Week 4 and finished the challenge. Feel like I made some progress and am ALMOST at my weight goal. Long term plan is to get there and maintain. emoticon

this is going to be hard for me, but going to give it my best shot. I will do what I have been doing at the gym, doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the bike. Then come home to do more cardio along with some yoga cardio. Eating my vegetables and fruit.

I'm going to admit, it wasn't easy for me. The last week was the hardest and sometimes I wasn't sure if I was doing enough. I did a lot of yard work that needed to be done and upped my intensity level. (I did a lot of dancing to the radio while I made my breakfast too. LOL)

Today I found I'm much more flexible and my back isn't going into spasms as much. This I will remember the next time a plate of pasta calls my name!

Here's to the next challenge and the next 10 pounds gone!!!!!!

Tomorrow is my last day of week 4. It's been a struggle some days but I'm glad to say "I did it." I'm glad I joined a group: it's just what I needed to keep me accountable and to get me moving. I definitely will be continuing!

I am on day 5 of week 4. One of the week four assignments is to set long term goals. Before I started this challenge, I was doing mostly cardio and a splatter of strength training here and there. I am going to change that now. I am going to plan a muscle group workout every day, like the challenge has, plus the cardio. It will help tone up my muscles as I lose weight. I do know to give each muscle group a rest between days. I also have learned that changing up your routine can bust, or help avoid plateaus, so I will make order changes week to week, slowing building intensity.

I just completed the 4 week challenge... I really loved Day 7, although I used light weights instead. My band was too short to do some of the shoulder exercises. Light weights did great. WOW! Did I feel my triceps....

I am starting Day 1 of Week 4. I really enjoy doing the challenges and particularly like the videos. I have been doing good with the fruits and veggies and easily and getting my cardio in on a daily basis.

Just finished week 4, day 2, and feel much better than I did 3 weeks ago. Since I've been doing the same exercises every week I can tell that I'm getting stronger. That day 1 cardio video still has me tripping over myself in some areas...I guess I truly do have 2 left feet! All in all, I can proudly say I am in a much better place because of this challenge. 5 more days, and I'm certain I can make it!
