All of us treat ouselves poorly at times; and this needs to change. There are many good things we do and we need to congratulate ourselves for these. We need to see the good that we do and give ourselves a pat on the back. emoticon

I finished week 3 yesterday. I must say I felt myself slipping this week. I'm getting discouraged at my weigh loss which lowers my drive to work out. I did all which was required but just barely.
I need work on my core still after 3 weeks. I'm improved but still wobbly.
My biggest problem is myself. I discourage myself to work out. I would never treat someone else the way I treat myself. I need to get a grip.
Hoping week 4 is better.

Falling is inevitable. The challenge is to get up and keep the end in site.

Good Morning,

I did 2 videos today to get week 3 completed. I like doing butt & arms, it is the abs that I do not like. I do have to say though that day was much easier this week. Still need to get the neck muscles improved though so I don't have to keep one hand behind my neck. Have a sparkle day everyone!!!! emoticon

It's a new day -- DIVE right in.
